I'm on sanatogen pronatal, and I can't remember if I had one this morning or not!

Should I have one now???

no, i wouldnt. might be too much of something if you had already taken it. i can totally sympathise, i was having this problem quite frequently so now have to have a little tick list with the vits and tick off when i've taken them!!!
