Hello lovely ladies, I know that there are many wonderful and knowledgable mners out there who can give me a glimmer of hope ....

I had MC at 5w6d on 7Feb - very clear cut really, bleeding lasted a week.

Fast forward to March 10th and I get a BFP. Now obviously I have no idea of my dates, but my HCG levels are absolutely killing me.

Thursday - 125
Monday - 250
Today - 337

They don't look good do they?

Has anybody had really low levels and had a healthy baby or am I just waiting for the inevitable?

Thank you c Smile

Hey Celosia - I am so sorry for your MC. I also had one last year early on and know what you went through. I don't fully understand the HCG level thing, but I did my own research when I fell pregnant with this one (now 19 weeks). It would seem to me that you are roughly 3-4 weeks with your latest reading? And it kind of looks in line to me? Or do you think you are further along than that? I would maybe get a clearblue to see the weeks? The other you thing you could do is see of you can get an early transvaginal scan which can show you the peanut earlier than 12 weeks.

Hi there I'm not sure how far along because of the mc (which actually was dated 17 days behind my LMP dates.) I could be between 3-4 weeks I agree - maybe! My worry is that these figures are not increasing as they should be.... I have to wait til Monday before speaking to my Gynea again .... The waiting game!

Thanks for responding and congrats and good luck x

Hi Hon, from the charts I have seen they look in line - because if you look at day past ovulation - don't forget that is two weeks behind your pregnancy date - which is 4 weeks based on a regular cycle. Once past 4 weeks (from period) or two weeks ovulation, then they start ramping up. Just google HCG chart and look at the images and you can see what I mean. A doctor would know better than me - but I think don't worry and relax is the best thing you can do!!

Good luck!! x
