silly question - when to do urine sample

silly question, but I have my booking in appt with the midwife tomorrow morning. I was wondering do I need to do the urine sample just a little before I go or could it be done the night before?

I would do it in the morning

I always did it just before the appointment.

Do it before you eat and drink at breakfast and on the day of your appointment
