Reduced movement and 'twingy' pain - what to do?

I am getting myself in a right state. I am 33 weeks pregnant with DC3. Baby has been very active for ages with painful movements. This has reduced a lot in the last 2-3 days. I can still feel him/her move but not as much and I am also having niggly/crampy pains in my lower stomach (feels like I am going to have the runs .. sorry TMI).

I have already called the midwife and they have advised me to come in for a quick check. Ordinarily that wouldn't be a problem at all but my DH is travelling and I have no-one else I know who can pick the other DC up and look after them.

So considering that the baby is likely to be more than fine (no issues in pregnancy so fat at all), I could wait until tomorrow to go in. Or should I try and ask another parent from the school to pick DD up and keep her until I am back? (DS can stay at the childminder no problem).

What do I do??

I would go in and get it checked if it was me. It's better to be safe.
Good luck.

Call that parent and get yourself checked out.

You won't relax otherwise x

Get it checked now! Everything will probably be ok but don't wait about just incase.

Thank you. Am at the hospital as we speak. Little bugger is of course moving a lot now. I'll have a quick check while I am here though.
