Help - has anyone fallen pg before their 6 week postnatal check?

We had DD3 almost 6 weeks ago. For the last week I have been feeling sick, lost my appetite, tingly nipples and had funny pains where I imagine my right ovary is. (i'm bottle feeding)

Dh joked tonight that I might be pg again - I hadn't even considered this. Is this likely? Have only had protected sex.

6 week postnatal check tomorrow. The panic has set in now...

I guess it's possible but unlikely if you only had protected sex - only one way to find out though!

I'd agree its unlikely. More likely to be due to a change in hormones but its probably worth POAS to put your mind at ease.
