Red spots on belly?!

I.have red spots all over my tummy.. About 15 of them. They don't itch but are slightly raised.. I've googled pupps and hives - Neither look like what I have? (I'm 15 weeks pregnant btw)
going to call doctor on Monday but just wondering if anyone has/had something similar?

I had something like that, red non-itchy spots which broken the skin, they peeled but faded away to nothing. Really strange. Mentioned it to midwife who said its just a pregnancy rash and the skin stretching...didn't seem bothered. I did have eczema when I was younger so put it down to hormones and pregnancy! Mention it next time you see your midwife x

Chicken pox is doing the rounds down here in the SW.
