9 weeks pg with second, im stress incontinent and have a sore back I feel really old can anyone give me any advice or types of exercise I should be doing, i really feel unfit and I have a bump that looks 5 months. Help? Really I feel

I'm feeling that, sister Grin Also pg with no.2. Am 16 weeks in. Have been feeling like utter shite. I started showing at about 3 weeks in. Bloated and achey.

Thought I was getting a bit better than bam, a hormonal wave (I assume, anyway) leaves me feeling nauseous, exhausted and with a banging bastard of a headache.

I had a period of atrocious back pain at about 5/6 weeks, too. Couldn't move for the agonising spasms. Took two weeks to pass.

Kegels exercises for your pelvic floor will help the stress incontinence.

I've been trying to walk as much as I feel able to but rest is the main thing. Have been doing back exercises too every now and then. Lots of warm baths and eating whatever I fancy (not too much crap though).

Here's hoping we both feel glowing and glorious soon!

ooh chin up sweetie! I have 6 weeks left and starting to struggle! I have physio now and has shown me some fantastic stretches. Just found these ..www.familiesonline.co.uk/Subjects/Articles/Physiotherapy-for-Pregnancy-Backache try those.
Go and see doctor dont struggle, i constently have a hot water bottle strapped to my back like a ninja turtle. DH had to help me in living room the other day like an old lady! much love!
