What is this weird fleeting pain?

I am 26weeks and had a very fleeting but intense pain in my abdomen yesterday morning and again this morning. It's like a stitch I suppose. I have quite a high pain threshold usually, but this is so intense that I have to hold my breath til it passes.

I wondered if it's the baby turning? But I don't remember it from my first pregnancy. Any ideas welcome... I thought it might be a contraction yesterday! (I don't really know what they feel like as I had a CS).

At the sides it could be ligament pain I have had this too in previous pregnancies & also had severe stitches, I don't think it's something to worry about just VERY uncomfortable

I have just started getting this too, am only 15 weeks with first pg and freaked out the first time! Like you it goes fairly quickly but is really intense, am very much hoping it's just those growing pains. Keep me posted if you find out any more! x

Round ligament pain probably, feels like a twang/stitch/pulled muscles feeling?
