Anyone heard of Casual Play buggies?

I'm in France for a week and popped into a shop to check prams out. They showed me the Casual Play one - which apparently is all the rage here. Interestingly the cap seat reclines back to be flat, and so you don't have to buy 3 in 1, as this is a 2 in 1. It's still roughly the same price as a 3 in 1 but at least you don't actually have to have 3 bits...

Does anyone know there are any travel systems like that in the UK?

Thanks!

Jane do a lie flat car seat that is essentially then a carrycot too.

or there are pramettes like the M&P Pliko, obaby Zezu, cossatto giggle etc which are all in one seat unit that convert into carrycots, then you get a seperate car seat but still just two pieces of equipment there rather than 3.
