Just slipped and fell

Hi, I am 14 weeks and I've just slipped getting out the bath on a tiled floor,landed on my bottom and hurt my arm and finger. I am panicking now in case I've done any damage,should I call my widwife?

I fell and landed on my bottom last Saturday. Although I pulled a few muscles and hurt my pride I didn't have any belly pain or bleeding so assumed all was well. Had a scan today and everything is fine. The baby is still low and protected mostly by the pubic bone. I'm sure everything is fine but if you feel worried maybe the MW would put your mind at rest.

You poor thing. Did almost exactly same thing myself two days ago! I called the hospital as easier to get in touch with someone there (although was working hours) and they got me in to check heartbeat and do anti d injection as am rhesus negative. If you're at all worried best to call someone. Try nhs direct if you don't want to wait til morning

Thank you so much for your replies,it's such a worrying time isn't it! I have spoken to my Dh who is abroad just now,and feel a little more calm. I will call in the morning,just to be sure,in bed now and feel normal apart from my bruised arm,thank goodness!

Glad you feel ok. Baby is very well protected in there, MW told me. But best to get checked to reassure you

All ok! Woke at 5:30 am with pains in my stomach and my arm is black and blue.Went straight to AnE and got scan and a listen to the baby's heart beat! So relieved,told to take it easy over the weekend though. Thanks for your replies,feel so silly having a fall like that just getting out the bath!
