Oh lordy, this is painful. Only 21 weeks and I'm in agony.

Milk, gaviscon double action tablet things, nothing is working.

HELP.

Writhing in pain at my desk and feeling like a nobber. Really don't feel I can go home to just lie down, but at a slight loss.

Ask your GP to prescribe Omneprazole

ZuleikaD · 08/03/2013 14:19

Get the Gaviscon Double Action liquid, it's brilliant and works immediately (I'm currently on about a litre a week). You can get it on prescription. Bicarb of soda dissolved in water, too.

Just been for a lie-down in the car to ease symptoms. Going to stop off at chemist on my way home for the liquid stuff and then try for GP appt.

I've just been to GPs for Omeprazole. Works like a treat!

DangerMousey · 08/03/2013 20:01

Yes get ye to the GP and ask for Omeprazole. I struggled on for weeks trying to make do with gaviscon. Wish I had gone to gp much earlier.
