Extreme numbness

I'm just under 14 weeks and this morning developed extreme pins and needles in my feet and then a feeling of numbness. One arm also feels very numb. And my lower back is starting to be numb too. What could this be? DH is away at the moment so I'm doing all the dog walking - about 2 hours a day. It isn't usually a problem but yesterday and today my hips hurt when I was walking - could that have something to do with it? I'm at work now and just can't get comfortable. Really don't like the numb feeling. Surely the baby isn't big enough to cause this by sitting on a nerve??

expat please call your MW! (what would you advise someone else to do??) i have NO idea what it could be but it doesn't sound right. may be the waklking is just overdoing it a bit? you do work a lot too. could be just your body telling you to slow down a bit?? take care

I feel like i've climbed the mountian and i am enjoying the view! the past week has been great, sickness stopped (mostly) and feeling very calm (apart from a total meltdown on sunday)
All paperwork done and sorted for flat, moving on 27th
I can really feel baby moving now which makes it very real.
20 week scan tomorrow. worried but in controle. what will be will be.

Hi, so my face became numb and I got very dizzy so was told to head to a&e. Basically it's a migraine even though I don't have a headache. Apparently this is quite common with pregnancy hormones and I'll probably get this again. Anyway, at least I know what it is. Also, got a scan and pic of baby so bonus! she's measuring 3 days ahead now and looking gorgeous. .
How lovely you can feel the baby. I feel little flicks now and then. Yes, what will be will be, but I'll still have everything crossed for you. Have fun tomorrow.
