morning sickness

Its 2 something in the morning, I'm bang on 5 weeks pregnant, and this is the second night I've been sick. I know people say what it's like, morning sickness, but i feel like I did when I was a kid and just didnt know what to do with myself.
Anyone got any tips for seeing out this stage? And how can I still feel sick, having just been sick?!?

Have you tries drinking iced water? I spent about the first 10 weeks of this pregnancy up all night feeling sick and it helped a bit. Most nights I just felt sick and eating helped too.

Thanks twinkle, I'll give it a go. Been up 3 times now, this part really isn't much fun. Poor cats are looking horrified at tge nighttime noises!
