Spotting 2 weeks after threatened mc - handholding please

I went to EPU today as I had a slightly strange yellow discharge and some moderate cramping (though not unusual for me). I gave a urine sample and vaginal swab to check for infection. But I now have brown/pink mixed in with the discharge too and the cramping continues. I had a threatened mc a few weeks ago (gush of blood and clots) and I'm scared I'm in for another bleed tonight. Why do these things always happen overnight and at the weekend? I'm 14 weeks. If you'd like to hold my hand, I'd be very grateful. x

I didn't actually go. I haven't had any strong pain and the brown discharge is very minimal when I look at it rationally (which is incredibly difficult). Just specks when i wipe really. I think I panic-booked the scan because of my anxiety, which I will never beat if I keep giving into it.

If anything takes a turn for the worse I will be in EPU or A&E like a shot though. i also decided that I should really wait for the results of my cervical swabs first too. If I've got thrush or BV then there's my most likely explanation. It's hard because I keep questioning I've done the right thing by not going but I had a reassurance scan 2 weeks after my dating scan at the beginning as I was convinced something had happened to the baby. The scan reassured me. But only for a day or two then I was on to the next worry and the cycle started again
