Hi ladies
I am 32+3 and my SPD is awful, the thought of having my legs apart and therefore my hips seperated for a sustained period of time is really worrying me.
Can I ask for a c-section?

You could certainly discuss it with a consultant, ask your MW what he/she thinks, but I think that generally there are specific positions that they would recommend during labour if you have SPD.

You can ask for one, sure. Be prepared for every HCP you encounter to tell you you don't need one however.

Am 35 weeks with SPD and have been begging for an early induction (or even a term one), c section...ANYTHING to get this baby out of me once I hit 38 weeks(providing she's healthy obviously). Not having much luck so far because I'm not in a wheelchair yet. The thought of being PG for another 7 weeks and then bein induced anyways fills me with dread.

Good luck!
