Can I eat cooked scallops in pregnancy? Have got some frozen raw ones from Tesco and then thought I don't know if they're ok to eat in pregnancy!

Absolutely fine but obviously you have to make sure they're thoroughly cooked

I have too. Lovely in linguine with some garlic! I think they are quite high in iron and b vitamins - so pretty good for you too.

I'd also read that they were good in iron - so I had some for a starter when I demanded that DP take me out because I was feeling tired and I needed steak!!!
