Just a slight warning to those third trimester ladies out there - the ones still spinning/running etc
I've been doing a modified workout -was v fit Pre preg and had started NVQ in personal training.
Turns out I may have still overdone it - from nowhere I started bleeding last night. No complications before and this is my second pregnancy.
The midwives and obs here have told me to take it easy - even though I'm fit.
Might add that I'm 42 and 30 weeks pg.
Just don't be silly like me.
