Electric shock

I don't know how it happened but I've just had an electric shock-enough to make me shout out and felt it all the way up my arm. I'm 12 weeks pregnant and so worried. Does anyone know if it could harm the baby? I'm not burned or anything-just that shuddering sensation in my arm. Thanks for any advice

No idea if it can harm the baby, but I would get yourself to a&e to be checked out (ecg & bloods).

Shocks can be nasty.

I had a mild electric shock at around 12 weeks. I went to get checked out at my local health center, to stop myself worrying more than anything. Thankfully everything was fine. Perhaps phone NHS 24?
