I'm planning on breastfeeding an wonder what others have used pillow wise as I'm sure the night feeds will be long an uncomfy in bed an ill get achy arms. Iv seen the boppy and my breast friend, has anyone used either if them?

My experience was pillow used for a few feeds then discarded! In bed you just feed with you both lying down.. Very comfortable. During day you get used o doing it anywhere and everywhere and just need to support the arm with baby on.. Any cushion, pillow or arm rest will do!

My breast friend really was!

Tried pillows, cushions etc, never brilliantly comfortable/convenient. Ended up using nothing in the daytime when we got the hang of it, but used my breast friend at night/bedtime/first thing for months. Well, used it until last feed at around 13/14 months.

Check out eBay... One of those things you may only use once and then sell....

Quite a few ladies were saying (on another thread on here the other day) that the bog standard v-shaped pillows are good and you can pick one up for a tenner from Argos.

Another vote for my brest friend - fabulous pillow. Check ebay for second hand deals.
