Reliving pregnancy??

Ok so this is a bit weird. This time last year I was pregnant. I keep finding I am reliving the symptoms. I thought I was imagining it but just had another instance. They're appearing in the order they happened when I was pregnant. It's much much more subtle symptoms. And included ones I forgot until they happen again. Anyone else experienced this?

Ok really obvious question so forgive me..are you pregnant?

AliceWChild · 24/02/2013 17:46

No. Not unless it's the second coming Grin Still healing episiotomy has stopped those kind of antics. I'd ask too though if it wasn't me. It's very odd. Had another moment when preparing tea. I went through a phase when pregnant of really hating onions. Was chopping one just now and the smell made me feel funny. It never used to. And didn't a few weeks ago. Confused

Alice Has there not even been one time that could make pg possible?

AliceWChild · 24/02/2013 18:13

No nothing, unless there's ways of getting pregnant I don't know about. I'm racking my brains in a worried way now. But I'm sure there's nothing.

Hmm. That's really odd then. Confused

This perhaps?

If it helps, throughout my two pregnancies I heard babies cry upstairs at really random times, especially when everyone in the house was downstairs.

I'm hearing it again, craving raw carrots again and I had better bloody not be pregnant.

Maybe it's a sympathetic pregnancy with myself Confused It was a very stressful one.

It could be that somewhere in your brain you have linked the symptom to something else which is making you remember/experience it again? The month the weather or something.

But it's a huge and unique experience I don't think it's weird to be re-living it a bit for no reason at all.

After I had my first and before I got pregnant with number two I swore I could feel a baby kicking. It only happened once or twice and was probably wind but it was definitely weird.

I once leaked milk ever so slightly while holding a friend's newborn. My youngest had been weaned for about 4 years at the time, I was rather broody, though. The physical and psychological responses to babies run very deep. Certainly not weird.

Might be right about time of year thing. I hate the dark days so count the days till the clocks change. So am very aware at this time of year as its not long to go now. Had another symptom this morning. Glad it doesn't seem too odd to everyone
