Just wondering if anyone has managed to get baby into better position using exercises etc....I am 36+5 and was told last mw appointment that baby isn't in right position. Any advice/experience gratefully received

Apparently spinning babies website is excellent for exercises to try and turn baby. If it's any consolation, my DS was undiagnosed back to back, and I had a pretty easy labour with only gas and air :)

Mine was at 34 weeks. I was advised to get on all fours, stick my bottom in the air and go forwards and backwards. Cue much hilarity for DH! I've also been kneeling and leaning over my ball. MW also said to avoid slouching on the sofa.

Had another MW appointment yesterday and she's turned and started engaging. Humiliation of crawling around, bum to the wind seems to have been worth it!

I've been doing all the exercises for weeks now and it hasn't made a jot of difference. Still, I've had two back labours so a third doesn't faze me!
