Two weeks after nuchal scan and heard nothing

Hi

I had my dating scan two weeks ago, they put me forward a week on my dates to 13+5 when I thought I was 12+5. I can't see how I can be a whole week ahead, rather a few days. Anyway I also had the measurement taken for downs and blood test and have heard nothing since. They say ten days but nowt. I am worried especially as they made me big for my dates.

I'm a total worrier anyway and the logical part of me says if there was an issue I'm sure I'd know by now but can't help thinking they've lost my notes or its all gone wrong or something. Help!

No news is good news! It was about 2 weeks before I got a letter to say my risk was low.

You would have heard by now if there were concerns.

I didn't hear anything for over 6 weeks... Then I had a MW appointment and the midwife kindly told me they had lost the results

I was told if you didn't hear anything within 2weejs it was because there was low risk and that you'd get the actual results at mw 16wk appointment unless there was a problem,

My due date was brought forward by a week
all 3 pregnancies after the 12 week scan:this time I went thinking I was 11+3,and was dated 13+5, although I knew exactly what had happened when and could pinpoint the day of conception...I think this is quite common and nothing to worry about.As for the nuchal fold,I was told,phone call within 3 days if bad news,letter in the post if normal so I would assume all is well,but phone up just to check it has been sent.Your midwife should be able to find out on your behalf.Hope it's all ok

Ah thank you. I knew it made sense I just worry about everything. Thank you, I shall try and relax and maybe think about ringing midwife next week if its still bothering me.
