Got it for the first time this pregnancy (wk 29) last night. I Think its because I've been adding salt to my food (taste for sweet things non existent) and drinking loads of water; yesterday I didn't.
Self medication: small packet of salted crisps, three cups of ginger tea and preggie yoga DVD. Used to work when I got exercised induced ones during summers.
Any other suggestions welcome!

I got it last pregnancy and was advised by midwife to eat ready salted crisps. It was quite persistent though!! Xx
