Morning sickness returning at 27wks?

Hi all I was just wondering if morning sickness can return later on in pregnancy? I suffered really badly between wks 5 and 17 and thought all that was behind me but for the last few days I've been feeling nauseous again and have even thrown up a few times. Have also noticed irregular heartbeats now and again, should i be concerned? Any advice would be appreciated thanks.

Hi, I am 27 weeks also and have today experienced that sick feeling again. I hate it, happens when I smell any food or open the fridge. Am craving sweet foods again after having had no cravings for weeks. Don't feel like eating dinner. It really is odd!

Not sure about the heartbeat thing though, sorry.
