Is buttermilk ok to use in baking when pregnant?

I wanted to make soda bread tomorrow night, but not sure if it's ok to use buttermilk? It doesn't say if it's pasteurised or not on the tub, does anyone know if it's ok?

If you bought it from a supermarket it will be fine.
