Anyone else felt not great after whooping cough jab?

I had mine on Friday and have had flu like symptoms ever since! Strange coincindence?

My arm was also dead until this morning, I have a red mark (although I am very fair skinned) where I was jabbed and the nurse wasn't particularly rough with me....it's also pretty itchy....

How did everyone else react after their jabs?

I have been feeling rubbish since my jab on wednesday pm last week. Generally fluey with swollen tonsils and weak limbs.

Very annoying but I am sure it will pass.

Had mine on Friday. Slightly sore arm for a few days, fine now.
The vaccine is not live so it's impossible that it has caused the flu-like symptoms. I'm afraid you've just got a bug. Sorry you're poorly, hope you get better soon.

I felt absolutely terrible after mine. Had the flu jab at the same time. Two painful dead aching arms for a few days that I couldn't put any weight on, aches and pains, painful back - I couldn't sleep and struggled with the stairs!

Everyone reacts differently and from experience I'm certain that vaccines can cause mild flu-like symptoms. It sounds like you're recovering now so hope you feel well soon!

I had it and whether it was a coincidence or not but I had flu like symptoms for a week afterwards.
My arm ached following the jab then it seemed to spread from my arm to the rest if my body.
All my muscles and joints ached. I became very snotty and had a bad chesty cough.
I spent the following 4 days after the jab in bed, I was so tired.
I definitely picked up a cold during this time but coupled with the flu like symptoms it was awful.

Oh and I lost my appetite, got very dehydrated and lost weight (that I've been trying to put back on after HG)

I had mine on Friday & today is the first day my arm didn't hurt. Had to get help getting dressed as it was too sore to raise my arm high.

Hi I had the flu jab and the whooping cough on the same day in different arms. Felt awful for the next 3-4 days. Very tired and achy.
