Jelly-like discharge and dull lower abdominal ache at 16 weeks. All normal?

Having what feels like a proper silly panic today so hoping MN can tell me either that this is completely normal or that I'd not be silly to call a MW.

Celebrated good 16+ week scan on Saturday with a long walk in the hills yesterday - far more strenuous exercise than I've done since getting pregnant.

Yesterday and today have had dull lower abdominal pinching and aching sensation in the same spot quite low down. Also having some unusual discharge - not lots but new to me - which is transparent, jelly-like and stretchy. No blood, itching or smell.

Have had a few early m/c in the past so am very jumpy.

Has anyone had similar? Is it normal? Is it the sort of thing one asks a mw about? (I've still not met mine and am following the same sort of rules for contact I'd use with my GP.) Am I being very silly?

Thanks in advance.

I think you should be getting checked out just to be sure.

Jelly like discharge could be some of your mucus plug, even if it is that (and it may not be) it will reform.

Are the pains muscular? Maybe its everything stretching? But worth back call to your midwife I think.

Thanks 5mad. Pain isn't muscular - feels more like trapped air, but comes and goes in the same spot and feels more like pinching at times.

Will maybe ring mw if I can get out of work a bit early. Don't want to waste her time and realise I'm an illogical worrier about this pregnancy. Reassuring to know it's a reasonable thing to ask about.
