awaiting first scan 11weeks prefnant! petrified help!

Hello ladies.

Well im 11 weeks pregnant, recieved my letter for my first scan which is in just over2 weeks on the 6th march. Having the usual majorly sore hard boobs, sicky but not being sick, massive change in the food i eat tired all the time.
Im just fretting myself over the first scan, wanting everything to be alright. I feel pretty good apart from the usual. My lower stomach is beginning to feel heavy? The only way i can describe it really. Just i havent seen my baby yet.. It almost dosent seem real! Bloods etc is fine.
Anyone else felt the same?xx

I feel exactly the same, and I even saw heartbeats at 7/8 weeks. Mine's the 8th March and it feels so far away. Today is the first day for about two weeks that I haven't been sick, which I should feel happy about, but instead I just feel anxious. Really tempted by a private scan but I don't want to get into the habit of that or it'll cost me a fortune. At least with twins I'll get more frequent scans (if they're okay on the 8th).

I just got my letter in to say that my scan is on 4th March and yes I feel the same, just wanting to know everything's ok and that there is really a baby in there. Can relate to it not feeling real!

Wow twins! Congratulations. This is my first scan maybe its my hormones? Im not sure. Im so anxious! I need to see my baby.
I had very bad migranes and sickness with it when i first found out around 6 weeks theyve worn off. My breasts are causing me grief! Weird dreams to which i dont think helps. It seems so far away. The way i see it after seeing my midwife twice and all coming back good it should be okay. My tummys grown a bit definately not what it used to be haha. I just want all to be OK

Awww its awful isnt it. The not feeling so real! Trying to explain that to my partner is a mare..

I'm 13 weeks and had my scan last week, I was just the same as you even thought I had plenty of pregnancy symptoms I was a nervous wreck that there wouldn't be a baby and had all sorts going through my mind, the relief was massive when I saw my baby on the screen.

Hate. Waiting. Time seems to be going so slowly at the moment.

In a couple of days it will be less than two weeks away looby - that sounds better!

I've got my first consultant appt on Tuesday and I'm really hoping that I'll feel more positive after that!
