Best pillows for sleeping during pregnancy and feeding once baby arrives

Don't want to end up buying several annoying useless pillows - heard mixed reviews about dream genie and the like....
What do any of you recommend?

Dunelm sell a v shaped pillow for less than a tenner I think, it fitted nicely between my knees when my hips ached in pg, then was useful for feeding and now at 7m is good for putting behind DD when she's sitting in case she collapses
Definitely needed at least 3 pillow cases in the early days, they got puked on regularly!

Ikea v-shaped pillow. £7 and pillowcases £2. I'm not at all precious about it getting milk/sick/dinner on as it was only £7!!

Another vote for v shaped pillows. Used mine all the time in last pregnancy to help me get comfy to sleep but also to sit up a bit when I had. Stinking cold.
I also used it to put my arm above DS head when feeding in bed at night, and to stop him falling out of bed if we both fell asleep. DS has used it to sleep with since about 18mths and loves his special pillow.
I will be getting one again for this pregnancy too.

I loved my Dream Genii last pregnancy and this time up until I started getting PGP a few weeks ago. I'm using a normal pillow between my legs to reduce hip pain. But I've only got positive things to say about the DG. Great for bump and back support, and the sausage part for between the legs is really comfy.

I used a Widgy 1st time around which I thought really helped with bf after a c-section but 2nd time I didn't use it so much and managed just as well with any old pillow/cushion,so I don't think you need anything special

I just use two spare normal pillows either side of me in bed - both up close. One goes under bump and knees and the other behind my back so that I can half lay back if I want to. If I turn over I can just adjust the nearest one to me.

Thanks everyone I think I will try a v shape .. Based on consensus views. Dream genie looked a bit technical to me - and I am not sure I fancy sausage between my legs at the moment.

I bought one in Argos, it was marked down to a tenner. I had a gigantic twin bump and it worked just fine for me. So glad I didn't fork out loads of money on an expensive one. The babies lie up against it now for feeds. Has been really useful.
