I'm 7 weeks with no2 and I have dull aches in my belly and lower back. I feel nauseous all the time which was the same with no1 but I'm sure I didn't have the aches. Is this normal for no2 pregnancies? Or should I be more concerned?

Yes very normal. Had with dc1 and more so this time. It's just stretching and the bodies a bit more lax this time around! So long as there's no bleeding or severe pain, don't worry.

Back ache and cramping started 5 days before I got a positive on a test for me and continued for a good few weeks.
This is my second pregnancy too and my first was a far easier ride symptom wise.

I now feel like I've been punched in the stomach!
