Question about the audio on the Effective Birth Preparation CD

Hi,

I'm sure some of you have this CD: Effective Birth Preparation (Hospital or Birth Centre): A Self Hypnosis CD Programme

I don't have a CD player and wanted to put the audio files onto my iPhone. Any idea whether this will be possible? That I'll be able to copy the files from the CD onto my desktop?

They really should have an app or place their audio on iTunes!

I put mine onto my iPod, just put CD in PC, imported it to iTunes and then into iPod, it worked fine and meant I could listen to it at night with disturbing the rest if the house HTH

Yes, just import the CD into iTunes and then sync your phone with iTunes!
