Just wondering what and how much you are all eating now that you are pregnant?
I loss my appetite in the first 12 weeks or so, and then it gradually came back to normal. I'm now 25 weeks and suddenly feel very hungry almost all the time and have started getting cravings for chocolate! Uptill now I've been very careful, with snacking on fruit and dried fruit mainly, but now ... it feels like a strong urge to have a chocolate and crisp. Maybe I need to increase my lunch/tea portions?
