Hello, I'm 38 wks with DC3 and over last couple of days I've been experiencing pretty full-on pressure - particularly in my back passage - but also at front. MW can only feel 1/5 of baby's head which accounts for uncomfortable feeling. Question is, how far away does this put me from labour? I can't remember such a heavy feeling at this stage with first 2 pregnancies. Could I be walking round like John Wayne for another fortnight? It's like constantly needing an enormous poo.
