Ds - LOP, posterior placenta, turned at the very last minute to come out face down

Dd - LOL, posterior placenta

pg3 - not sure - it keeps moving, but I have an anterior placenta this time, and am doing lots of sitting on dining chairs backwards to discourage an OP presentation.

Just for info, I think cephalic just means head down (though could be wrong on that) as opposed to breech.
