How many inches does it feel when baby has dropped?

Only 32 weeks but want to make sure she has not dropped.

I have about an inch more room than 24 hours ago. Bumps a weird shape and cramps whilst not quite painful have been discomforting most of the night. Back is aching more too.

Just wanted to check she has not dropped or nothing else is wrong.

If you're worried just give the midwives a call. Honestly they won't worry and it'll set your mind at ease much more than anything we can say. I'm sure it's fine, but if you're worried it's best to talk to the midwives and get it checked out.
