Hcg more than doubling

Hi,

Has anyone ever had their hcg levels more than double in 48 hours? If so was it twins?

Just wondering as mine have just gone from 1300 - 3400! I'm 6 weeks along.

Mine was 36 thousand at 6wk 3 days doubling every 30 or so hours. Just one baby in there x

Eek! We've said we'd love to have twins but if we were faced with the reality of it would take some getting used to! x
