How on earth can I stop my tummy gurgling, get rid of the wind that's obviously building. I feel like if I go to the loo it will be better Blush but I can't go. Feels like my tummy is going to explode

Try a regular probiotic - it's helped me massively - it helps my IBS but had also helped in pregnancy.

I remember it well Grin
It will pass. Plenty of water!

If you feel you have trapped wind jelly. lie down and roll ur knees from side to side. its what we tell our patients to do after surgery but is helping me at the moment (when im at home anyway)

I lie on my tummy for 10 minutes. Obviously won't work further into the pregnancy though.
