labetalol.....anybody taking it???????????

Hi

Just got back from drs after feeling unwell. Iam 13 weks pregnant and have been feeling breathless at times. Dr said my hr was 152bpm and has started me on labetalol for an irregular heart rate and fast rate. Has anybody been on this in pregnancy and been ok??

I took it in my last pg for high bp rather than irregular heart rate. All was fine in the end, but I was v.closely monitored. Have you been referred to the consultant?
