35 Weeks and stomach pain, can I use a hot water bottle?

Had a routine appointment today and MW confirmed that baby has their head at my ribs which would explain the achey stomach so I know I'm not in labour.

Never thought to ask though is it possible to use a hot water bottle in a cover on my bump to ease the pain?

yes but be careful not to have it too hot or burn the bump, I also used a wheat pack heated in the microwave it does the world of good and hopefully the baby will shift soon, its really uncomfortable I know. xx This is not just my advice my midwife advised me to do it.

Yup, you'll be fine - baby won't like it and will squirm a lot though so may or may not help if discomfort is due to babs pressure.
