Weird Pain at 16 Weeks

I am 16+3 & for the last hour & a half or so I have had ever such a weird crampy pain at the top middle of my bump feels in the middle of my tummy too, it's getting that bad that its actually making me feel sick. I've tried walking about, going to the loo & having a drink & something to eat all with no joy. Starting to become very nervous now that something isn't right, can someone put my mind at rest?

Probably just stretching or something, but worth a call to your MW for a bit if reassurance and advice probably.

I'm 16 weeks today, had lots of pain since 10 weeks! had several scans and all is ok 9fingers crossed) so i know it's just ME. If this is new, or very painful call the midwife ASAP.

Could it be constipation? that hurts far more than you would expect when you are umm.. backed up...

Just an update it went around mid afternoon, just sort of dimmed until it was no longer painful, had not bleed or anything so I think this was me panicking for no apparent reason but thank you for your comments.
