Pinching pain in ovary at 5/6 weeks?

I have woken up this morning with a pinching pain where I normally get AF pain. I also have lower back pain on the same side. Does anyone know if this is normal or a sign of trouble? Really worried about miscarrying

Forgot to say- I am 5 weeks and 5 days.

Pain in the ovary is normal at this stage of pregnancy, due to the corpus luteum. Try not to worry. But obviously if it gets really bad then call your doctor.
