Just want to cry!

31+2 and so uncomfortable. Terrible sore throat started last night and so much pain in both hips that its impossible to get comfortable. Can't have slept more than 30 mins at a stretch and feel like I've just laid here in pain all night. So fed up and up for work in another 90 minutes! Anyone else up and fancy a moan?

Yes!! I'm only 24+4 but I've really struggled sleeping all weekend. Tonight I was still awake at midnight and I've been awake since 4. I have work today which means leaving my house at 7, driving for 40 mins then at least 8 hour day surround by 30 kids then a 40 minute drive home. My head has started pounding, prob because I'm knackered. I'm honestly thinking about phoning in sick as I feel so lousy from lack of sleep x

Op - take a day off sick if its paid. I wish i had thought about "me" a bit more during pregnancy, and not worried about work, colleagues etc, you don't need to give detail to your boss other than tiredness and achy joints. They can't do anything about it unless your off more long term, so the odd day won't matter much. Honestly, you shouldn't be travelling /driving if your tired.

Thanks Fadbook. Unfortunately I have a task which has to be done today and dont have my laptop at home so I have to go in. I get the train rather than drive so at least I won't be a danger to anyone!

Honestly, go in get laptop, come home! I work in HR and I wish I'd listened to people telling me to slow down and take it easy especially as I had copious amount of sick pay and the odd day here and there wouldn't have killed anyone
