I'm thirty one weeks pregnant with dc5 and work three days per week (desk job, not stressful).

I have a history of intra uterine growth restriction which led to d4 being delivered at thirty six weeks.extra scans and monitor ing this time.

I have arranged to take five weeks of annual leave before edd and am going off at end of week thirty four. Which is way earlier than I've ever finished before.

I'm finding it really hard going at the moment, I'm going to bed at seven, sleeping eleven hours and still wiped out. I'm also concerned as babys growth has dropped off (was measured by locum mw, so waiting to hear from my regular one)

Would I be utterly rubbish if I asked work if I could finish earlier than planned?

not at all - baby and your health comes first!

nope if you need to start mat leave earlier then doSmile and with 4 other DC's to look after it must be tiring.
