Is this something. Should be concerned about?

My feet are completely swollen, ankles too.. Looks hideous!!

I dd go out for the day today and was walking, but I have a toddler to chase after usually so it's not like I have my feet up the rest of the time anyway.

20 weeks is too early for anything sinister isnt it?

They are Really swollen.

Make sure you are drinking plenty of water, like liters a day. If you get a headache and start seeing spots call your doctor right away because that could be PE. Apart from that put your feet up as much as you can. I'm 38 weeks and I no longer have calves, ankles or arches, just massive blocks of foot- like stumps : (

Sudden swelling can be a sign of preeclampsia (which can occur at any time during pregnancy) Do you have any other symptoms? I don't want to frighten you. It is probably just from having a busy day but just check with your Midwife to be on the safe side

I'm 13 weeks & my feet have been swollen since 10 weeks, blood pressure & everything has come back fine.

I guess we're both going through the joys of 2nd pregnancy earlier symptoms? With DS didn't get swollen feet until 30wks.

I'd keep an eye on it if I were you, just to see if anything else develops of it.

If your midwife has checked for preeclampsia and you've got no problems then I'd recommend a reflexologist who specialises in pregnancy. It's a fantastic way to get rid of the swelling and you get an hour to yourself
Congratulations on your pregnancy
