I feel gross.
I'm 15 weeks pregnant and I've gained 10 pounds. I was fine until around Christmas but then I gained 5 pounds and since then I've not stopped gorging.
It's not hunger it's greed. Greed for the things I wouldn't usually eat (chocolate, crisps, biscuits, chips).
After my DD1 I was back to a fit size 10 within a year. I have a history of weight gain (very chubby youth and big family) so I'm not 'naturally skinny'.
I just need some support. How are you exercising during pregnancy? I've a toddler to care for so not much time. How to I stop myself being such a BIG FAT PIG.
