I am pregnant with my second baby. Iam eating so much this time round, especially sweet things, in excess. I have always had a sweet tooth and am the right weight and very active with a high metabolic rate but i am concerned with the amounts i eat but i can't stop. I am paranoid that i will get diabetes.
Anyone else like this....what do you do?
Today my work involved being out on site all day. These days are the hardest as its easy for me to stop at shop. Today i bought a 5 pack of large white chocolate and ate 4 of them. Plus i had a milkshake......i feel so bad but boy oh boy was it good
What do i do....just carry on? i have no self control over this and always end up eating!
I am still an ok weight for 20 weeks...arrgghhhhhh!
