Can you tell baby's position from its movement?

So, I'm having a scan in a few weeks anyway (at 32 +2), but I'm really curious if one can figure out a baby's position from where you feel the movement. Just because I have, pretty much, always felt movements in the same place/ way: strongest ones top right, then also softer ones bottom right, with occasional movement top left, although, weirdly I think it had hiccoughs this morning and I felt that down bottom left, where I've previously not felt any movements.

Spot on kellestar (and thanks both for link to site), confirmed at antenatal appointment this morning... Let's hope it stays that way.

I was able to, up until nearer the end. I was pregnant with twins and until the 34 week scan I was able to tell the sonographer the position I thought they were in by their movements.
