AF was due 27th/yesterday, but no symptoms other than slightly sensitive nipples.

5 tests later, not one of them is positive! About an hour ago, I went to the toilet and had a smear of blood, but no AF as such.

I've not been taking any medication or had any stress that would effect it?

Give it a chance to be late! Was only due yesterday.

I would wait at least a week. I don't understand people who test straight away, yes it is an anxious time and yes you want to know but doing 5 tests in 2 days is a bit OTT, not to mention the expense!

I was about 12 days overdue before I did my first (and only) test, maybe I am just patient. Yes I was curious every day, even before it was late but I didn't want to drive myself potty over it!

Ok, I didn't expect to be told off Smile

With DD I was 4 days overdue and only realised when I checked my calendar.
I'm just excited Smile

Pound shop tests are fab, 2 for a pound, sensitive and you can pee to your hearts content! Grin

I tested this time day before period due, was negative, tested again 2 days late, it was posative, but very very faint, I'd ovulated bit later then usual hence later posative. Good luck

With second child I had 5 negative tests in the week after my period due. I just wanted to know but couldn't quite believe the negative results without my period coming then finally a Boots own one finally turned positive. Must have ovulated late.

I hate the waiting to find out but still very exciting OP!
