...as in ravenous, even half an hour after a meal. Am trying to snack on fruit and yogurt in between, but so so so so hungry. Am drinking lots of squash too and water, so its not thirst. Anyone else going through this?!

I was like that from about week 18 to week 30 and then my hunger just tailed off completely when my stomach started getting squashed. So I say enjoy it while it lasts and don't worry about it! I've put on just under 2 stone altogether (Now 38 weeks) and the large majority of it was in those middle weeks!

My appetite seemed to peak in my 2nd trimester. I just went with it (helped that it was over Christmas!) and my weight gain really accelerated. Appetite calmed down around 28 weeks and my weight gain has massively slowed down since then too - basically I gained no weight in my 1st trimester and only about a pound so far in my 3rd (I'm 31 wks) but I've put on roughly 24 lbs, so all of that in my 2nd trimester pretty much Shock. Now I have some days when I eat loads (although that's getting harder as it all gets more squashed in there) and others when I eat less than I did before I was pregnant. All quite odd, but my philosophy is just to roll with it and not fret too much. I presume when I'm hungry it's for a (good) reason and I still don't look pregnant from behind (which has become some peculiar vanity benchmark for me).
