did you rest for 2 days afterwards as advised? How much activity did you do?

I chilled out on the evening after the amnio and the next day. Felt totally fine but thought I should do it. The Dr didn't put much emphasis on taking it easy though! Good luck

I had the amino at 2pm & was back at work the next morning - just sitting in a meeting the full morning. I was only advised not to go back to work if I had a physical job eg nursing.

I took the next day off work and took it easy because I was ultra paranoid but physically I couldhave done a day at work sat at my desk. I felt quite emotionally bruised by the experience though so I was glad for the day to stay in bed feeling sorry for myself.
